How is it you have a note and not cash after a sale? Did you sell it yourself or not use an attorney or title company? They don't transfer title without cash. Notes, credit cards, checks, and trades don't count as cash and can't be used to transfer title with title companies or lawyers. What or who did you use and did it really sell or is it still waiting to close? Was it a trailer? Those are considered personal property like a car.
