Brick&Mortar has announced the launch of its new full-service residential real estate sales and rental brokerage firm, located in the heart of Williamsburg.
The firm will focus primarily on residential transactions, including high-end condominiums and unique conversion developments, within the Brooklyn market and select areas of Lower and Mid Manhattan.
The 1,200 square foot office, located at 135 North 7th Street, was custom designed by award-winning nemaworkshop, and features an open floor layout, an oversized custom bookshelf, and stunning 100 year-old reclaimed wood floors.
The firm??s leadership team is comprised of founder, broker, and principal Rolan Sereny, CEO and co-founder Peter Sereny, and creative director Marc Schaad. The brokerage currently has a growing sales team of nine agents.
Founder and principal broker Rolan Sereny has over ten years of experience working with homeowners, brokers, and developers, beginning his career as an agent for BestBeachRealty and At Home Properties in South Florida. In New York, he worked as a sales agent and project manager for aptsandlofts.com from 2007 to 2012, handling leasing and representing owners of unique carriage houses, lofts, and conversions.
Principal Peter Sereny has worked in real estate for 26 years. He co-founded S&S, a real estate partnership that acquired, managed and sold commercial properties in several states. In 1998 he founded Quality Properties International LLC (QPI), a real estate firm specializing in commercial and residential transactions as well as property management. QPI was profitably liquidated in 2010.
