So we've had a little progress since I've last posted. We found out that our hylafax and ghostwriter were very out of date. I updated both of those, and now we can get the faxes to come in sporadically. We tried testing a few different .pdf files, and they wouldn't send right away. Then all of a sudden we'd get all the faxes at once.

As far as deleting and installing the fax application, would that take care of it? I'll have to look into deleting the SQL database, as I'm fairly new to Elastix and CentOS.
